N Contemporary Octave violin £575

A special 4/4 contemporary violin, configured for octave playing, slightly deeper ribs than standard violins to give greater air mass in the body. Clear varnish over plain Maple back sides and neck, with a medium grain front. Fitted with Wittner fine-tune geared pegs, and my own unique design chinrest and pick-up system amplification
Strung with D'darrio Helicore special octave string set.
This is an amazing instrument, and plunges to new depths as a violin, affectionately known as the "Chin-cello"
