R 19th Cent. French violin £1,600

Mid 19th Cent. French 4/4 violin stamped "REMY" inside the back, Stradivari copy using lightly figured Maple for back and sides, good medium grain spruce for the top. Finished in original nut brown varnish, fully restored and fitted with Rosewood fittings and strung with Pro-Arte strings. Back length 362mm
